Activities: Hydropnic Lettuce farm, lifestyle block. Help on the farm picking, packing the lettuce helping with seeding and gardening. Hydroponics is not hard work but must be picked freshly and got out to our customers quickly.
Comments: 3 preschool children, stay in own room share bathroom and living room with au pair. Parents and sister also live (another house) and work on the farm. Auckland city 25mins, Albany 10 min (shopping centre, restaurants and bars). Have use of a car for evenings and weekends.

Activities: Sport Horse Training farm. Mainly horses but some cattle on the farm. Main activity is training horses and riders for showjumping and showhunters. Horse riding available for visitors.
Comments: Visitors would have own room, or a self contained cottage. Equestrian lifestyle. Closest bus pick up is Helensville, can pick up from Auckland Airport. Auckland city 30 min drive. Local attractions include hot mineral pools, fishing trips on the Kaipara, 5 golf courses within 10 min. Close to Muriwai beach & Southhead.

Activities: Macadamia nut orchard. Picking from June – Oct. manually picking nuts and operating de-husking machinery. Work outside this period includes weed control, pruning, mowing and sheep work.
